Questions

Pricing, answered plainly

What does the per application fee include?

Everything from intake to a working enrollment: preparation, submission, payer follow-up on that payer's cadence until a decision, deficiency responses at no extra charge, and confirmation through to the effective date. An application is not done when it is sent; it is done when you can bill.

How does managed credentialing billing work?

A flat monthly amount based on your roster size, covering enrollment work as it arises plus the maintenance that never stops: CAQH attestations on the 120 day calendar, revalidations, recredentialing, and monthly exclusion screening across every provider.

What happens when an application gets rejected?

We find the reason, fix it, and resubmit as part of the same fee. Deficiency responses and resubmissions are included, never billed as extras, because a bounced application is our problem to finish.

How fast do I get an exact quote?

Same business day. Send your payers, states, and roster size, and the quote comes back in writing. The number you agree to is the number you pay: no setup fees, no surprise line items.
